About the winery
In 1985, 2000 bottles of wine stamped “Le Vasy” were bottled in a small family cellar in Châtaignier, one of the twelve villages of Fully.
In 1989, the production site moved to the other side of the river and was established on the magnificent plain of Saxon. Part of the estate is still located under the Fully sun in the Désert region.
In the 2000s, the number of bottles from the Vasy cellar reached fifty thousand, before decreasing.
