Etoiles du Valais

Wednesday 22nd November 2023

Each year, Swiss Wine Valais awards the Etoile du Valais, the highest distinction for Valais wines, to winemakers and personalities who uphold these values - TRADITION / AUTHENTICITY / PASSION.

The Etoiles du Valais are awarded to the eight wines with the highest scores in the benchmark competition, Sélection des Vins du Valais, in the following varietal categories: Fendant, Johannisberg, Petite Arvine, Heida, Dôle, Humagne Rouge, Syrah and Cornalin.

This year, the winners will be announced on Wednesday 22 November 2023 at the Fondation Opale in Lens. The Etoiles du Valais collection will be on sale from 12 noon and would make an ideal Christmas gift for wine lovers.

These emotions...

Let Valais Wines give us the emotions we so desperately need. Something like the taste of happiness and sharing.

The wines of the Valais, nuggets sown throughout the cellars, with their emblematic grape varieties and their procession of new encounters, outline the contours of a unique art of living that is so respected. To share, to build, to enjoy together. All together.

With the Etoiles des Vins du Valais, we share a love of the authentic, the rare, the hand-made, a quest for excellence, beauty and passion.

We have everything in common with the world of haute couture. It's the same high standards and the same class.

Here, the result is breathtaking, carried, inspired, between the minds of some and the hearts of others.
