Pierre et Dominique Luisier - Saillon

About the winery

The Pierre et Dominique Luisier cellar was founded in 1983 in Saillon. The father, Pierre, produced his first vintages in the basement of the family home. In 1989, he built the existing cellar at Avenue des Comtes de Savoie 203.

In 1991, the year that Dominique graduated as an oenologist from Changins, Pierre gave his son complete freedom in winemaking. These years of collaboration and exchanges have allowed them to find a balance.

Pierre and Dominique Luisier want the vines and the wine to reflect the character of a land they respect. They have been working for twenty years in integrated production (with the Vitiswiss label) and some of their wines are produced without sulphites.

Taste their wines during one of your visits, or find them at the Caveau de Saillon and the Café de la Poste in Saillon.
