Projet Dzégne - Line Dorsaz - Fully

About the winery

What is the Dzégne Project? This is the agri-vinicultural project of a young Valais winemaker, Line Dorsaz.

She is Line Dorsaz. In 2015, Sébastien, her father, planted 700 m2 of Goron de Bovernier: a rare grape variety produced only by the Bovernier municipality. In 2018, newly graduated from the School of Agriculture, she agreed to embark on the production of this oddity and other grape varieties from her vines. What is taking place in the small cellar of Mazembre (Fully) is their first official father-daughter collaboration.

The theme of the end-of-apprenticeship work was dedicated to sheep in the vineyards. She has always loved animals and when the opportunity arose to experiment with the theory, she did not hesitate for a second.

Line also shares a taste for authenticity with her father who cultivates vines and orchards too. Nature never ceases to amaze her and has motivated her to start bee-keeping.
