About the winery
ViniferaVenture brings together four friends with extensive experience in viticulture, winemaking and the wine trade, including Nicolas Zufferey and Caroline Bürki.
The adventure began in 2011, when they tasted the first Cabernet Blanc wines from German vineyards, immediately convinced of their quality.
In 2016, they launched their first Cabernet Blanc vintage, named "Shot N°1", vinified by Nicolas Zufferey. Since November 2017, the vineyard has been Bio-Suisse certified, and in 2018, the second vintage, Shot N°2, was awarded the Bourgeon Bio Reconversion label.
The quality of the wine they produce and their passion for sustainable viticulture are their top priorities.
