Cave Etienne et Raoul Taramarcaz - Fully

About the winery

With its ancestral heritage, the Etienne Taramarcaz operation covers 4 hectares, located on the sunny slopes of the Fully municipality. It is in these vineyards from an early age that he undertook the hard apprenticeship as a winegrower. With his diploma in winemaking and oenology completed, he continued his training by gaining the Federal Masters in Winemaking.

Etienne practises integrated production farming methods, which aim to respect nature and health. Tradition and modernity are therefore combined to carry out fine and harmonious oenological practice.

His two favourite wines: Gamay for the reds; an extraordinary bouquet immediately invites us to try it, and it does not disappoint. Arvine for the whites, of course; a noble, full-bodied and virile wine. Hearing this name expresses in turn the poetry of wine, the soul of the country and the temperament of the winemaker. This late variety is fragile and only ripens in the best exposures. It requires special attention from the winemaker, but what a reward!
