About the winery
Julien Guillon, a young winegrower, realised his childhood dream. After leaving his comfort zone in Geneva, he challenged himself to succeed in this crazy project: taking over hectares of vines in Valais, to produce natural wines biodynamically and to cellar them.
Cultivating a plot only as required, in a relationship of trust. Taking the time to constantly sort through your vines. Choosing plants to heal, such as valerian to give protection against mother nature, which is sometimes freezing cold. In 2018, it achieved the Bud label of Bio Suisse.
There are four cuvées with names inspired by his life and experiences. To this day, patience is still the key word to uncover all its treasures. There is even talk of a new challenge with 4 hectares somewhere in Valais where it is so wonderful to live.
