Being a producer and grower remains a great privilege that inspires respect, commitment and expertise at every stage. In Plan-Cerisier, Florian Besse manages the 4.5-hectare family business that combines experience, tradition and technology from 4 generations.
What is important to them: protecting their heritage and preserving the authenticity of the grape varieties. They ensure the delicate balance of the ecosystem and biodiversity throughout the estate. They continue to believe in the application of sustainable development, and their conversion to Bio Suisse in 2021 was an essential goal.
Their vines benefit from the sun on the steep slopes of the vineyards of Martigny-Combe and Martigny and they cultivate eleven grape varieties to this day.
