About the winery
Domaine des Muses was founded in 1992 by Nicole and Louis Taramarcaz. Ten years later, their son Robert, a graduate in oenology from the Jules Guyot University in Burgundy, joined them on the family estate.
In the heart of Valais, not far from Sierre, the city of sun, Domaine des Muses nestles at the foot of the two hills of Pintset which dominate the village of Granges.
Robert Taramarcaz contributes his knowledge, experience and character. The grape variety gives a vintage and a place, the land. Every year, he does his utmost to produce quality vintages that respect nature and the work of man. Their quality will depend on this balance, and their taste will reflect this harmony.
