About the winery
They say Gérald Clavien’s wine is very much like him. He is frank by nature and is well placed at the table. He owes his frankness to his father, a winegrower and winemaker, who passed the Deux Crêtes estate on to him. As for his training, he gained this from his years spent in the great kitchens of Switzerland and the USA.
The wine he produces therefore goes well with the cuisine he loves, and one that wins so many awards. His whites are spontaneous. His reds recall mysteries. His Dôle Blanche goes straight to the heart.
