About the winery

Exacting standards and a touch of audacity have allowed Cave David Rossier to tame the terroir and get the best out of their precious grape varieties. Born into a family of winegrowers, David Rossier is a winemaker with an unconditional love of nature. His passion for his work and determination to maintain traditions are complemented by his sensitivity, talent and respect for exceptional flavours.

The winery offers some 30 different wines, and focuses on bringing out their characteristic attributes.

Its six hectares of vineyards stretch from Saillon to Chamoson, via Leytron, where the winery has been based since 1999. Elegant, pure and refined, the wines offer up an unparalleled breadth of aromas and sensations. The specialities of the Valais region are nurtured to bring out their unique character, offering exciting discoveries and an authentic, intense sensory experience.
