About the winery

Returning to the world of wine for ten years following the acquisition of the family vines, and enriched by her career, Véronique Ançay has since been keen to evolve within it through her approach, her vision and her practices.

She works according to the O Bio specifications, the Swiss federal ordinance, and the Bud label, as well as with biodynamic practices.

At the end of 2018, she formed “Team Ouessant”, made up of 6 dwarf sheep of the Ouessant breed. She learns in their presence and by working with them. They are an integral part of her project.
