About the winery
The Brunière cellar was founded by Georges Morand in St. Léonard in 1962. He has practised his profession with enthusiasm and passion for more than thirty years.
A graduate in oenology from the School of Viticulture and Oenology in Changins, his grandson Christophe took over the family business in 2008. With his father Claude-Alain, they cultivate their own vines and they produce all their wines from the harvest. They therefore control the entire winemaking and and production chain.
Most of the plots are located on terraces and cannot be worked mechanically. Over the years, they have acquired new vines and produced new wines while maintaining a passion for Fendant.
