Cave Bolero - Daniel Etter - Savièse

About the winery

The Bolero cellar was founded in 1995 by Daniel Etter.

This master winemaker-oenologist is committed to biodiversity, in harmony with the seasons and the ecosystem, to ensure the future and vitality of the Valais vineyard.

The vineyard is therefore cultivated according to the standards of organic production. Its grapes produce organic wines of great complexity; living wines that are the expression of the grape variety. They tell the story of the terroir in a unique style filled with creative freedom and authenticity.

In addition to tastings, it also offers botanical discovery walks and cultural activities.
