Cave Balcon de la Lienne - Ayent
About the winery
This small family cellar is located in Ayent, or more precisely in Saxonne. Some of the vines are in this municipality, in the magnificent valley of Beulet, which overlooks the Lienne river, as well as in Molignon.
The wines are produced with a great deal of love and passion by Freddy and Corinne Riand. They carry out all stages of the work from the vine to the bottle. Their range of wines: Fendant, Œil-de-Perdrix, Pinot Noir, Diolinoir and the red blend known as le Friand.
Finally, they also organise tastings, or you can simply share a drink in a friendly atmosphere in their convivial cellar with around twenty places (by reservation).

Freddy and Corinne also produce spirits : Apricotine from Champ Laurent de Saxon and Williams pear schnapps from the orchards of St. Léonard.
