In 2013, Dominique Fornage took over the Restaurant le Cardinal, renaming it the Restaurant & Bar à Vin Nobilis. The menu gives pride of place to brasserie dishes and there is a fairly extensive wine list. It goes without saying that evenings of all kinds are organised to appeal to lovers of good food and a wide variety of wines.

Monday to Friday, 10.30am to 11pm Closed Saturday and Sunday
The Nobilis wine school has been open since 1999. Many enthusiasts have been able to satisfy their desire to supplement their knowledge of wine. This wine school’s programme is available on its website. Special tastings are organised regularly. The greatest wines of the world are presented and commented on in a friendly atmosphere.
