In the heart of the old town, the Caveau de Saillon enables you to discover a splendid range of wines selected from the production of most of the winegrowers of Saillon, who cultivate around thirty grape varieties.
In the superb setting of a typical ancestral residence, you can taste some of the many wines available along with a tasty “caveau” or “randonneur” platter. An experienced hostess can offer advice to those looking to buy a few bottles to enjoy later with a meal or a night in with some friends.

Thursdays and Fridays, 5pm to 9pm
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, 11am to 9pm
