An evening of Valais wine tasting with Sandrine Caloz will be held in Prilly, organized by the Association 7 à boire.
A winemaker since 2013, she took over the family estate, which has been passed down for three generations. With a degree in oenology and viticulture, she was named "Swiss Organic Winemaker of the Year" in 2019.
Her wines reflect her passion, connection to the land, and commitment to environmentally respectful viticulture.
