Famille Thétaz - Cave des Vignerons - Fully

About the winery

It was in Fully in 1957, that the three Thétaz brothers, Alfred, Noël and Laurent , settled down and created this cellar. The latter brother quickly became important. In 1974, Laurent, father of 10 children, took over the reins of the business on his own, leaving the job of cultivating the vines to his brothers. From 1997, it was his children, Véronique Bender-Thétaz and Nicolas Thétaz who assumed responsibility. Since 2010, Véronique has continued the adventure with her two sons, Gaëtan & Josué.

The Thétaz family cultivates 29 hectares of vines on which 15 different grape varieties grow, all produced at the Cave des Vignerons. It has two very distinct terroirs, the vines of the Fully municipality and the magnificent Sarvaz estate. Their wines are now re-inspiring the enthusiasm of those who love the wines of the terroir, which best serve contemporary cuisine in all its authenticity.
