About the winery
In 2020, a special and eventful year, the Boson family decided to create their own cellar at their family home at rue St Ours 35 in Branson.
A dream, a passion and a magnificent project that is coming to fruition. The result of showcasing the fruits of their winemaking work by producing their grapes according to the craft way. They are proud to share and live this great family adventure.
Their vines are located in the Fully municipality in Valais. More precisely, around the picturesque village of Branson. Their wines come mainly from their own vines where the grape varieties of Fendant, Petite Arvine, Gamay vieilles vignes and Syrah are tended by them. The work is done exclusively by hand and according to the craft method.
Their wines are produced with passion at their family home at the top of the village of Branson. They are worked as simply as possible. The family uses an old vertical wooden press which is now being deployed by the third generation.
