Kellerei Plaschy - Naters

About the winery

The vineyard has been cultivated for several years using natural winemaking methods (IP = Integrated Production). The aim of natural wine production is to produce quality, rich and dynamic wines. The philosophy involves pouring love into your craft in harmony with nature.

A praying mantis is depicted on the winery’s logo and labels. As in English, its German name, Gottesanbeterin, comes from the prayer-like position of the insect’s legs. The animal’s name in the Valais dialect, Triiblryph, is a clear reference to the autumnal grape harvest.
