Dominique Passaquay - Monthey-Choëx
About the winery
Dominique Passaquay's wine estate extends over 4 hectares in Saxon in Central Valais. About ten grape varieties are grown there, according to the standards of integrated production, with the aim of producing healthy grapes, in harmony with the plant and respecting nature. The sloping vines are worked entirely by hand and the harvest is collected in boxes.
Dominique Passaquay lays claim to his profession as an artisan-winemaker. With an average yield not exceeding 800 g/m2, his aim now and in the future is to combine professional rigour in the vineyard, with craft talent in the cellar, to offer you a range of wines rich in aromas, which are diverse and faithful to their terroir.
