About the winery
Located in the town of Venthône between Sierre and Crans-Montana, the Nouvelle Sève cellar is a small company offering a list of 18 different wines, thus representing a beautiful and interesting range from the Valais vineyard.
Founded in 1995 by Pierre-José Tschopp, a vine and wine enthusiast, the Nouvelle Sève cellar is above all a family business, which was started up in stages on a rented estate. The construction of the cellar as well as the purchase of the equipment needed for production were carried out gradually.
Over 25 years after it was set up, the business currently manages an area of approximately 3 hectares scattered across the Sierre region. Over the years, many investments have been made to redesign certain plots to make them mechanised and also to plant new grape varieties to expand their product range.
