About the winery
In Valais, minerality is king. Surrounded by majestic peaks, the Cave du Moury vineyard is markedly influenced by the rocky landscape, which forms a prosperous setting for the vines where their roots extract the stones’ power and finesse reflected in each glass of wine. Painstakingly stacked by humans, these same stones buttress the patchwork of plots perched on the lower slopes of the hillsides.
