Cave Mont Bonvin - Crans-Montana
About the winery
The historic winery was founded in 1985 by Jean Louis and Nelly Robyr. They started with around 1,000 square metres of vineyards and acquired new plots in the years that followed. From the very beginning, they were assisted by their children, and later by their sons-in-law. Twenty years later, the first grandchildren joined the team. They had 11 grape varieties. In terms of winemaking, they produced white, rosé and red wines, as well as a few vintages aged in barrels.
Since 2020, this winery has been managed by Michael Bonvin, a young winegrower from Crans-Montana who obtained his CFC in viticulture at Châteauneuf in June 2019. Today, Cave Mont Bonvin cultivates 1 hectare of vines between Miège and Flanthey. Out of a commitment to quality, the winery now uses almost no herbicides in the vineyards.
