Cave Les Combes - Saillon

About the winery

Les Combes cellar is a company that was founded in 1957 by Maurice Roduit. His son Jean-Philippe currently runs the wine and wine spirits business, helped by his wife, Fabienne and his children, Florence and Joël.

Most of the vineyard is located in Saillon on the Combes estate. The southern exposure and the soil that is rich in minerals enable them to obtain high quality grapes for winemaking.

The cellar is divided into several rooms: pressing, fermentation, ageing and storage, where Jean-Philippe and Joël work daily with the aim of producing excellent wines and spirits.
