The Cellars of Sion embody the fusion of two expertise and traditions. It's the story of a friendship between two families and a partnership built with respect for their respective identities.
Drawing from its history and heritage, the Bonvin estate highlights its vineyards and terroirs, while the Varone estate emphasizes a sensory approach to wine. These two approaches complement each other harmoniously, offering everyone the opportunity to discover wine from a different perspective.
This collaboration has created new synergies for both wine producers, providing a magnificent setting for their wines that perfectly illustrate the diversity of Valais wines. The ambition of the Oenoparc at the Cellars of Sion is to develop wine tourism skills and to create an environment conducive to the meeting between curious and demanding wine enthusiasts and characterful wines produced in an exceptional and unique landscape.
