About the winery
La Sarvaz cellar was founded in the early eighties by Christian Perraudin. With his wife Sylviane, they now cultivate just over five hectares, located on the right bank of the Rhone, mainly on land in the Saillon municipality.
The ideal exposure of the estates and the low production yields allow them to raise wines of character, particularly typical of the region, which combine tradition and innovation They do not use any herbicides. Their standards are those of integrated production and much more. In the cellar, they do not use any barrels and do not blend, for one simple reason: to obtain wines with a natural and pure aroma.
