Cave La Cigale - Christophe et Sylvain Dorsaz - Fully

About the winery

Following Michel, Hugo and Vital, it is the turn of Christophe and Sylvain Dorsaz to take up the challenge of the cellar, based on the strength of their past experiences and their desire to develop the estate.

Winegrowers from father to son, it is with pride and the greatest respect that they now cultivate 5 hectares of vines perched on hillsides at an altitude of 600 meters. Their winemaking expertise plays a fundamental role in the production of great wines.

In accordance with the terroir and the different grape varieties, they wish to live in harmony with their vines, with patience, humility and perseverance.
