About the winery
Cave d’Hombes – Emery Daniel is a small winemaking estate at the heart of Valais. For seven generations, they have cultivated their vines with love and skill in keeping with tradition. In 2023, David took over part of the estate.
Currently, they only produce Fendant AOC Valais. In the future, a cask-aged Pinot Noir will also be introduced. For the past few years, their wines have been vinified by their cellar master, Patrick Luisier.
