About the winery
Founded in 1987, the François Constantin cellar is a family business, on a five-hectare estate cultivated according to integrated production. François gradually developed his business by building a modern cellar in 2000 and increasing the area worked.
Since January 2017, Mathieu Constantin joined forces with François. Together, they founded Cave François et Mathieu Constantin. After receiving his diploma in winemaking and oenology at the École de Changins, Mathieu decided to join the family business and exercise his profession there. The operation will expand over time but the quality and service of the Constantin family will always be their priority.
