About the winery
Founded in 1984, the family-run Escalier de la Dame cultivates 18 grape varieties, including the unique Durize, a rare red grape with deep links to the Fully terroir, and the Chenin Blanc, a foreign variety originally from the Loire Valley.
Yves and Elisabeth Granges tend to their vines using traditional methods and natural remedies (insecticide-free for 35 years and herbicide-free since 2017). Every task is completed by hand, including the harvest.
