About the winery
Particularly rigorous quality monitoring of the vineyards favours the selection of old vines and low yields. A sorting table enables control of the quality of the harvest in order to guarantee a rigorous selection of the best grapes. The installation of soft pneumatic presses also allows maceration of the harvest.
This whole infrastructure makes Château Constellation SA one of the most successful and prestigious wine businesses in Switzerland. For several years, they have been collaborating with Rolland Conseils et Prestations, the team of Michel Rolland, one of the most renowned oenologists in the world. The work that is done in the vineyard, in winemaking and on blends, with a precision that can be compared to that of a goldsmith, brings an expertise to their wines that is one of the most cutting-edge in the world.
