About the winery
Nicolas Viaccoz, always passionate about oenology, embarked on his wine adventure more than 20 years ago.
True to his roots, the founder, originally from the Valais resort of Grimentz, which is located at an altitude of more than 1,500 meters, has set up his production site at the foot of the ski slopes.
The vines from which the Cave Viaccoz grape varieties are harvested are located on the right side of the Rhone plain, in locations that benefit from ideal conditions, such as Sierre, Veyras or Ayent.
Cave Viaccoz is distinguished by its family character. Nicolas produces his wines with the help of his daughter Tania Viaccoz, who is responsible for the cultivation of the vines. He is also supported by his friends and family during the harvest and bottling periods.
