About the winery
Cave Adamare is a family-run business in the heart of Salgesch. Its three hectares of cultivated vines make it one of the smallest producers in the wine-growing village.
The vineyard is cultivated according to the strict standards of Integrated Production (IP), ensuring the wine is of high quality. Over the entire cultivated area, 12 different grape varieties are grown to produce 17 different types of wine.
The winery’s small size means it can take care of everything itself, from vineyard maintenance through to bottling and sales.
