About the winery
La Cave des Bouquetins was founded in 1991 by Marc and Henry Wuilloud. The ibex, the emblematic animal of our winery, perfectly symbolizes our aims: striving for excellence in quality and a deep attachment to the terroir.
In 2023, Kévin Constantin took over the estate and the cellar with awareness and humility. Heir to a strong history and a precious heritage, he continues what has been built, guided by respect for the terroir, time, and the memory of the place. His commitment is to keep this heritage alive while infusing it with a sensitive, modern vision focused on the future.
