About the winery
Au Soleil Levant cellar was founded in 1990 by two brothers, Blaise and Didier Dubuis. From 1997, it continued its ascent under the leadership of Blaise.
Over the years, he has increased production and upgraded the vines. In 2000, he expanded the cellar to make it more functional and adapted to requirements, with an attractive tasting area.
Today, the cellar produces 13 grape varieties aged in vats or barrels. Blaise controls the entire production process, from the vine to the bottle.
