About the winery
Their parents, Jean and Fernande, have always been growers, and they sell their grapes to a cooperative.
In 1993, they created their own family cellar with Antoine (1969) and Christophe (1965) Bétrisey.
As true craft creators of the vine and of wine, they cultivate and produce the grapes from 15 hectares of vines on the uppermost hillsides of St. Léonard and Uvrier in symbiosis with nature. They do this in accordance with the requirements of the VINATURA® ecological label, which favours organic control methods.
