About the winery
Albert Luisier created the Alchémille cellar in 2014, after more than 34 years of experience as a craft winemaker at two cellars in the region. His motivation is to return to reduced production to promote the quality and variety of his wines made from nine grape varieties.
This production on a human scale enables us to move away from local regulations and explore original creations such as cuvée Y, a sparkling wine made from the Riesling Sylvaner grape variety.
The Alchémille cellar produces AOC Valais wines that are full of character and well-balanced, made from vines growing in Fully, Saillon, Leytron and Salquenen.
