On Saturday, May 17, 2025, the very first Wine & Dine in collaboration with Cave Chevalier Bayard will take place.
On the program: a multi-course menu carefully paired with wines from this iconic Valais winery. That evening, only this menu will be offered, with or without wine pairings.
A representative of the winery will be on hand to present the wines and share a few anecdotes about how they were made.
