The establishment, located in the heights of Vétroz, dates back to 1736 and has always been favoured as a pleasant venue for meetings and exchanges. There is a restaurant, a wine bar and a number of rooms equipped for your weddings, banquets, seminars and other events.
When you go through the doors of the Relais du Valais, you are immediately immersed in 18th century décor, comprising wood and the magnificent dry stone vaults of the period.
The chef, Christophe Gauthier, offers you varied and tempting homemade cuisine. He specially prepares a wide range of dishes for guests to savour, which are a delight for all tastes and appetites. And that’s not all. The menus are regularly changed to offer up new surprises and give pride of place to local and seasonal products.
In partnership with the Vétroz winegrowers, the sommelier has selected a wide choice of vintages from the municipality. These wines are on sale at our bar to take away or enjoy on-site (tasting and/or food and wine pairing).
The Relais du Valais can also design your event. The five festive rooms with different atmospheres can all be booked privately. They can accommodate from 10 to 120 guests. These rooms are particularly suitable for hosting your aperitifs and meals for weddings, birthdays, family celebrations, business seminars or cultural events.

Tuesday to Thursday, 10.30am to 2.30pm / 5.30pm to 11pm
Friday and Saturday, 10.30am to 2.30pm / 5.30pm to midnight
Sundays, 10.30am to 4pm
