La Fromathèque is a local produce store, cheese dairy and vinotheque exclusively dedicated to Valais wines.
Vinothèque
The wine list changes every month and permanently features 14 wines by the glass. Take a bottle home and choose from 44 wineries and over 250 different wines produced by winemakers among the most renowned in Valais. A fair geographical representation of the different terroirs located between Martigny and Leuk.
The sharing platters, made using our local products and produced on-site, are the hallmark of the Fromathèque.
Carnotzet
Capacity of 24 people, for “raclette & cured meat” dishes. Also available for corporate events and various aperitifs.
