A pioneer in the region, the Fol’terres Agritourism Pavilion in Fully led by Julian Dorsaz has been reinventing the promotion of Valais wines since 2008.
Wine bar
Every day, Fol’terres serves ten wines by the glass, including four reds, four whites, one sweet and one sparkling from a selection of over 100 Valais winemakers.
There are also sharing platters of regional produce, themed tasting evenings and live music.
Reception room
With a capacity of 60 to 300 people, this room is ideal for banquets, birthdays, weddings, conferences, etc.
