Dégus’ton vignoble

Details

The diversity of the dry-stone walls in Martigny’s vineyards can be quite surprising at first sight. People in days gone by would use local stones, and the appearance of these walls depends on the stones found on site as well as the kind of pebbles brought there by the melting of the glaciers. What is the effect of all this on the wine?

Find out during the guided walk, which includes four tastings.

You’ll also have the chance to visit the small “Soil and Wine” exhibition at the Museum of Earth Sciences.
