The first stones of this very beautiful architectural ensemble were laid in the 16th century. The Château de Villa has, since it was built, played an important role in ensuring that value is attached to the terroir of Valais.
Wine bar
650 selected wines and the expertise of more than 110 winemakers are combined in an exceptional menu. An opportunity to discover an almost exhaustive overview of production in the Valais region. Every week, visitors can taste different wines and vintages by the glass, and there is the option of taking away any of the wines presented. Guided tastings are also organised on request.

Monday to Thursday, 11am to 1pm / 5pm to 8.30pm
Fridays, 11am to 1pm / 5pm to 9pm
Saturdays, 11am to 9pm
Sundays, 11am to 8.30pm
Restaurant
You can taste the region’s most celebrated specialties in the main room. The highlights: cheese dishes, such as the famous raclette with five raw milk cheeses, fondues, dried meats and other Valais cured meats. The chef also offers a menu of seasonal dishes made up of fresh produce.

If you are looking for an exceptional place to gather your loved ones for a birthday, a wedding or a baptism, the Château de Villa is the perfect venue to enjoy those memorable moments.
With its many seminar rooms that are fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology (free Wi-Fi, fixed or mobile projector, flip chart, etc.) and new furniture that can accommodate from 10 to 50 people, the Château de Villa is also emerging as an essential venue for business meetings.
