About the winery
The estate’s vineyard covers 1.5 hectares, divided into around fifteen plots, mainly on hillside slopes. All vines are located on the right bank of the Rhône, in the villages of Ayent, St-Léonard, Vaas, Flanthey, Venthône and Miège. South-facing and situated between 500 and 800 meters above sea level, they benefit from extended sunshine. The vines grow on poor soils originating from glacial moraines, rocky and/or schist-based.
Vineyard work is carried out with respect for the environment, following organic farming principles.
In the cellar, both white and red wines are vinified using whole clusters, for periods ranging from a few hours to several weeks. The wines are aged in old barrels in an underground cellar on the left bank, in the village of Chippis.
The wines are made without any additives or added sulfites.
