About the winery
The family estate has been passed down the generations since 1848. The Défayes family and their team have patiently planted Petite Arvine or Malvoisie, Humagne Rouge, Syrah, Merlot and Diolinoir on alluvial fans, scree slopes and limestone soils.
Everything is designed to ensure that the wines produced by each variety express themselves at their finest. The vineyards are cultivated with a focus on the environment and the yield is adapted to the requirements of each variety. A passion for wine and an attention to detail combine to produce a large range of quality wines.
