About the winery
Trained as a sommelier, after several years working in restaurants and advising a wide range of clients, he settled in Switzerland in 2017. In 2019, he met two key figures who led him to fully embrace the profession of winemaker, a true passion.
He tends his vines on a daily basis: 1.7 hectares under production, around ten different grape varieties, and a wide range of soils typical of Valais, with parcels spread across three municipalities.
In the cellar, everything is done naturally: no additives, no fining, no filtration. The aim is to harvest the healthiest grapes possible to avoid any unwanted surprises, and then let the magic of the vintage unfold.
