Cave La Colombe - Conthey

About the winery

La Colombe cellar is above all a family affair. Supported by his mother Marie-France in the office, and by his father Georgy in sales, Grégoire Dessimoz can also count on his partner Claire-Lise Duc, who is a winegrower too. And as soon as the season is in full swing, the Gomes brothers, Nelson and João, complete the team.

With the aim of creating expressive, lively wines with character, they work their estate without the use of synthetic phytosanitary products. They also implement soil management methods in order to limit the impact of human intervention.

And as they cultivate each lot individually, they can ensure that this complex combination of grape variety and terroir can be appreciated when it reaches your glass. They offer wines with a unique and marked character. For optimum production quality and out of respect for this heritage, their vines are harvested entirely by hand. The company is certified organic.
