Cave Kaléidoscope - Savièse

About the winery

This winery was founded in 2024 by two friends who shared the same vision of wine and life. It is a work in progress, guided by the desire to make wines that are authentic and respectful of nature.

Today, they still use conventional treatments in the vineyard, with the aim of moving away from them by planting resistant grape varieties. They want to work with living soils, in plots rich in biodiversity.

In the cellar, fermentation is spontaneous, maceration is carried out partly with whole bunches, and each wine is treated on a case-by-case basis, with limited intervention. The wines are clarified naturally by sedimentation, without filtration. A single sulphiting before bottling keeps the sulphur content below 40 mg/l.

Dreamers, perhaps a little mystical, they believe that nature remains the most skilful of creators. They observe, listen and seek the right balance between consistency, respect for life and minimal impact at every stage.
